The continuing success of Apples iPad has not been unnoticed by brokerage companies.
The first forex broker that adopted this device for forex trading is OANDA. A special iPad App has been developed to take advantage of its capabilities.
OANDA already supports the iPhone, Android smartphones and other mobile phones for mobile forex trading.
But viewing and analyzing charts on such a small screen can be rather cumbersome.
OANDAs mobile trading platform fxTrade Mobile for iPad however, allows you to scroll through charts in landscape mode, which is a very comfortable
and enjoyable experience. You can display up to four charts on one display.  The App of course provides you with all the important functions,
such as executing orders, (market orders, profit targets, stops, trailing-stops), margin usage, account balance, and of course price information
for all major currency pairs and four precious metal pairs in real time.
OANDAs fxTrade Mobile for iPad includes all trading functions that you would expect from a
trading platform on a wondows pc, plus the advantage of some cool iPad features like tapping an a chart to enter an order. The iPad app can be
downloaded from the iTunes store.
We think that the number of brokers that supporting the iPad (and other tablet PCs) as trading device will grow.
A lot of forex brokers have already released a "HD"-version of there iPhone trading apps, to take advantage of the iPads display capabilities.
